just believe that God Word says and stop trying to make your brain a “God”

  • James Long

You cannot be a true believer in Jesus Christ..I.E. A Christian and NOT support 7 days literal creation.
    And NEVER theistic evolution!

  • Rev. Paul Tameling

It does not matter what my views are. We have to preach what the Bible says, not our slant on it.

  • Rev Joe Plummer

Good to see I am not alone in this

  • Matthew Mambu

I believe in LITERAL Six 24-Hour creation as recorded in Gen 1 and 2. Thank you for being a part of this Pastor’s Pool. God bless.

    • Creation was not only 6/24 days…..and a 7 day of rest that He Hallowed. He spoke it into existence. The word were, And God Said………..thank God for such a beautiful creation. How could anyone believe in God almighty and not believe in creation. God Bless you all.
      PS: please remember this
      Phil 2:11
And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

It is amazing to me that somehow we can accept the power and work of the Holy Spirit absent of the common evidence of science. The true test of man’s wisdom is to be able to recognized that God wisdom and knowledge trumps any knowledge we may have acquired concerning His universe. He is still the Creator.

  • Loren Sanders

6 days, 6,000-ish years of history, the Bible clearly teaches it and all Christians must support it or else they are being unfaithful to God’s Word.

  • Rev. S.K. Neal

I know that the Bible is the true word of God. We have two many so call Bible people try to make it into something they want to believe and not what God said.

  • Everett Shanklin

Why are we questions the Bible, which is God Word. I do not think that we can question anything that He has created for all the people in this world. I am just thank for all the Blessing that He has given to me, and the world. So I believe in The Beginning Their Is A God Who Created All Things Here ON His World. We are here to take care of it and to tell the people how they can believe, and how they can get into Heaven! So what is the creation when we get Heaven?

  • I believe that Jesus Christ is the Living Son of God. I believe that the Bible is complete in all ways. I believe that the Bible is inerrant in all ways. I believe in God the father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. I also believe that the Gates of Hell cannot destroy anything that our Heavenly Father has in store for us that follow him as the Word teaches.

  • Wole

The Bible says in the beginning God created heaven and the earth. The word of God is sure. The word of God is for ever settle no controversy.

  • Let’s not be heretic in our views God remain omniscient, so I believe God. we only know what he reveals to us: debut 29:29

The mystery behind “creation” Is beyond man.

  • wenona Hollis

Some believe it does not matter what you believe, but it does matter because all belief starts in the mind and no matter where a person is at no matter what a person is doing to have any type of success its starts by how a person believes. And that starts in the mind. God’s word does not ever mention he does not care what we believe, but how we live and all of it starts in the mindset of where we stand. If God never knew what we believe he cannot work with the seed. If you don’t know what a person believes how can you help them to become closer to God. We prey against the strong holds because of what we no to be. If a person is lost and we don’t know what they believe then what are you preying for and how are you truly helping them. You must know the symptom so you can be of service to Gods people

  • Godfrey

The Bible says in the beginning God created heaven and the earth. I believe that God Word is true and His Word answers all of life question. Secondly the mystery of creation is beyond man comprehension.

  • Pedro Sanchez Jr

God created the heaven and the earth and on the seventh day He rested.

  • Ted Lacy

The Bible says “day.” I believe that creation happened in six 24 hr days. You have scientists and geologists doing carbon dating, looking at bones, and at different type layers of dirt and stones. They have determined that the earth is millions of years old. Almighty God, in His infinite wisdom, created this world in such a fashion as to confuse those who would be educated out of what His Word plainly says. His Word is not complicated. Even the simple can understand.

  • G. Harvard

None of us were there to personally witness G-d’s creative efforts, but it’s rather alarming to see that a simple inquiry into views on Creation has prompted many to post contentious comments condemning those who don’t necessarily hold to their own perspective on the subject.

When did belief in a young or old earth become a condition of receiving the gift of Salvation through Christ?

While English Bible translations give us “day”, the Hebrew word in the Old Testament is “yom”, and it could represent a longer period of time, depending on context.

So, while some say the earth is young, others argue that it’s very old, and justification can be made on behalf of either position, as well as others listed in this “poll”.

But instead of getting caught up in dogma, what we really should be focused on is sharing the Gospel and empowering as many as possible with the knowledge that Jesus is The Only Begotten Son of G-d Who was crucified on The Cross for our sins, and by His blood we are made clean before The Father, that we might receive the gift of everlasting life.

Time is man made. A day is the time it takes the earth to spin 1 time acutely 24 hrs and 15 min. God said a day for man to understand it. But God is timeless

  • Philip Guica

As it says in Genesis God created the Heavens and the earth as well as man in 6 days.
Also in John 1 in the beginning was the word and the word was God and John 1:3 all things were made by him.

  • Pastor Bindas, Stephen Haruna

I am surprised that at this time when we are expecting the second coming of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ we are bothering ourselves with Creation Story. Christianity is a religion of faith therefore, if anyone does not believe what the Bible says about creation, that person has a problem.
The Bible is simple enough for any seeker of truth to understand. The Bible is clear on that account, and I believe it totally by faith.
    God bless

  • Rev. Joseph Oladosu

“But the Lord is the true God, He is the living God, and an everlasting king; at His wrath the earth shall tremble, and the nations shall not be able to abide his indignation.
Thus shall ye say unto them, The gods that have not made the heavens and the earth, even they shall perish from the earth, and from under these heavens. He made the earth by His power, He hath established the world by His wisdom, and hath stretched out the heavens by His discretion. When He uttereth His voice, there is a multitude of waters in the heavens, and He maketh lightnings with rain, and bringeth forth the wind out of His treasures.
    Jeremiah 10:10-13.
    Praise the Lord!

  • Alan Bass

I believe God created the universe and every living being in six twenty four hour days. Genesis 1 does not make sense otherwise.

  • Pastor John Wolfenden

Nowhere in the scriptures does it give the human race permission to think on behalf of God. What is written is written, believe it and receive an eternal reward, disbelieve it and receive eternal damnation, the choice is ours, choose wisely
